About

We ask the questions
no one thinks to ask.

Every major event has a story behind the story. A reason behind the reason. A context that most coverage skips — because it's complicated, or inconvenient, or simply takes too long to explain.

48Questions exists to fill that gap. We take complex events — wars, economic crises, scientific discoveries, political upheavals — and break them down into clear, honest questions. The kind a curious person would actually ask. Not a journalist. Not a professor. A person who wants to genuinely understand.

We are a small team of educators and researchers. We don't have a political agenda. We don't take advertising. We don't simplify to the point of distortion. We just ask questions — and try to answer them honestly.

The goal is not to know more facts.

It's to ask better questions. Facts without context are just noise. A well-asked question cuts through the noise and gets to what actually matters.

We don't tell you what to think.

We show you what happened, who was involved, and what the consequences were. The conclusions are yours. That's the point.

Every article ends with an open question.

Because understanding isn't a destination. It's a direction.

48Questions is independent. It is not affiliated with any media organization, political party, or institution. It is funded by nothing except the belief that clear thinking is worth the effort.
